Parents do you get overwhelmed? You’re not alone – Triple P can help!

Hi parents and carers,
Parenting can be full of amazing moments but it can also be overwhelming, confusing and really tough. If you’ve ever felt stuck or unsure, you’re definitely not alone.
As a parent myself and the Student Wellbeing Officer at Mullaloo Heights Primary, I wanted to share something that really helped our family: the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program.
We can all feel a bit lost in parenting when we are faced with different challenges. The school my kids attended were offering Triple P Programme, I was really reluctant to go but I did and I am so grateful I took the plunge . It gave me practical, easy-to-use strategies that made a real difference. Recently, I revisited the program and found even more valuable tips and support to help me feel confident and calm.
Triple P is a free program for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 11. It offers:
  • Simple, effective strategies to encourage positive behavior
  • Tools to manage challenging moments calmly and confidently
  • Help creating routines that work for your family
  • Support that focuses on your strengths—not on what you’re doing wrong
Triple P Online Free Modules
Triple P offers a range of parenting support programs, and one of the easiest ways to get started is with their free online modules. These short, interactive sessions take about 15–20 minutes each and can be done at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. You’ll find helpful videos, exercises, and downloadable workbooks that provide practical tips on encouraging positive behavior, managing tantrums, setting routines, and building your child’s confidence.
This online program is just one of many Triple P options available, designed to support parents in ways that suit their needs and schedules. Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, group programs, or online learning, there’s something to help every family.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to get support. Whether you have questions, want some new ideas, or just need a little boost, Triple P is a really good free helping hand.
Helping families of children with disability. Stepping Stones Triple P Online is part of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program ®.Parents and carers can help their children with developmental disability, neurodiversity (like Autism, and ADHD), or additional needs with key life skills, like daily routines, communicating and building relationships.
If you need any help navigating these please don't hesitate to reach out.
